This condo is conveniently located 10 minutes from Lahaina and 5 minutes from Kaanapali. President Rental Policies: Payment Policy -- A $500 deposit (refundable) is required to confirm all reservations. Payment in full must be made 30 days prior to arrival, either by personal check, money order or Visa/MasterCard. The deposit is returned to the guest 14 days after their stay at HOL 109 (provided no damage repairs or excessive cleaning is required). Cleaning Fee -- We charge a nominal $175 cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy -- 29 days or less, $500 deposit is forfeited. High Season -- 4 night minimum. Tax -- All rates are subject to Hawaii Excise Tax and Hotel Room Tax--$11.5%. Kahului Airport: Directions: 1) Depart Kahului Airport and follow signs that indicate "Lahaina" on SR-350 (S. Puunene Avenue). Stay on this 5.2 miles. 2) Road name changes to Kuihelani Hwy in less than 0.1 miles. 3) Turn LEFT
