Oceanfront Vacation Rental Condo Near Lahaina This amazing condo sits just 16 feet from the water's edge! From your living room or lanai, enjoy unobstructed views of Molokai and Lanai. Splendor year round in the colorful sunsets. In the winter and early spring, observe majestic North Pacific humpback whales in our protected channel. From your sunny patio, watch 400 lb. Green Turtles (Honu) as they feed on the coral reefs that provide bountiful selections of seaweed for these gentle vegetarians. This unit has a Queen size bedroom with a private bathroom and the second bedroom is furnished with a daybed that converts into one or two twins or can be made into a King bed. The living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a full gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, Corian countertops, dishwasher, microwave oven, full-size refrigerator and a kitchen pass-thru to the patio. The condo is equipped with; coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, linens, standard and beach towels and hairdryers in each of the bathrooms. For your convenience, there is a coin-operated Laundromat on the premises. Each room is cooled with a ceiling fan. A telephone for local and toll-free calls is provided at no charge. A Jacuzzi tub, three televisions, a DVD player, stereo system and plush furnishings make this a unit you'll want to return to year after year. The condo complex has a large swimming pool, gas BBQ's, laundry rooms, pingpong tables and a shuffleboard court for your enjoyment. There is free parking (one car) in the complex. This condo is conveniently located 10 minutes from Lahaina and 5 minutes from Kaanapali. Within walking distance is a white sand beach park, numerous shops, DVD rental, dive and activity shop, restaurants, supermarkets and two local farmers' markets. Within a mile is the beautiful Napili Bay beach and in the other direction is the famous Kaanapali resort area with outstanding white sand beaches, barefoot beach bars, premiere shopping facilities and five star restaurants.

President Rental Policies: Payment Policy -- A $500 deposit (refundable) is required to confirm all reservations. Payment in full must be made 30 days prior to arrival, either by personal check, money order or Visa/MasterCard. The deposit is returned to the guest 14 days after their stay at HOL 109 (provided no damage repairs or excessive cleaning is required). We charge a nominal $100 cleaning fee.
