Rental Policies:

Payment Policy -- A $500 deposit (refundable) is required to confirm all reservations. Payment in full must be made not later than 45 days prior to arrival, either by personal check, money order or Visa/MasterCard. The deposit is returned to the guest 14 days after their stay at HOL 109 (provided no damage repairs or excessive cleaning is required).

Cleaning Fee -- We charge a nominal $195 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy -- Cancellation made 45 days (or earlier) prior to arrival the $500.00 deposit will be returned. Cancellation made after 45 days prior to arrival, no restitution of payments will be made.

High Season -- 4 night minimum.

Tax -- The rental fees shown do not include the 4.00% Hawaii Excise Tax (GET) and the 9.25% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), which combined amounts to 13.25%. The quoted rental fees do include cleaning costs and parking fees.

1) Head west on Akahele St toward HI-30 0.5 miles.

2) Turn left at Lower Honoapiilani Rd.

As you enter the lobby to the condo complex, turn right and go up several steps and go outside again. Turn left and follow the walkway all the way to the end (at the ocean). Unit is oceanfront on the left, #109.

From Kahului Airport:
Total Distance: 29.2 miles. Est. Total Time: 40 minutes.

Directions:

1) Depart Kahului Airport and follow signs that indicate "Lahaina" on SR-350 (S. Puunene Avenue). Stay on this 5.2 miles.

2) Road name changes to Kuihelani Hwy in less than 0.1 miles.

3) Turn LEFT (South) onto SR-30 (Honoapiilani Hwy)
Stay on this for 22.4 miles.

4) Turn LEFT (West) Akahele Street 0.1 miles.

5) Turn LEFT (South) onto Lower Honoapiilani Rd 0.4 miles.

End: Arrive 3823 Lower Honoapiilani Rd, Honokowai.
